Take each other on in multiple heats of racing and a final heat to determine who will bring home the gold medal and who else finishes on the podium. If you don't like competing with your crew, work together with them in a team endurance event. It encourages you to practice team building and test your ability to make split-second tactical decisions. You can also host your kids' birthday parties here, but remember to bring some food to refuel afterwards!
