What is Tropiquaria Wildlife Park?

The Tropiquaria Wildlife Park is a small tropical house and zoo in Watchet. The Tropical Hall is home to reptiles, birds and fish. They are mainly of African origin and you can spot them while walking the hall and enjoying the sounds of the animals. In the basement of the Tropical Hall there's an aquarium which is home to a collection of fish from around the world. It also houses tarantulas and giant millipedes. The outdoor area is filled with animals like wallabies, meerkats, emus and squirrels. If the kids want to play they can climb aboard the pirate ships or visit the play fort. If it's a rainy day there's an indoor castle and café where you can enjoy a varied menu. There's more to enjoy here than just the animals and wildlife: you're in for a real treat when you visit the Shadowstring Puppet Theatre! It's a show that both young and old will enjoy. There's a variety of activities to do here and plenty to see. Enjoy a fun and tropical day out with your family. Visit the website for more information and get ready for a day filled with animals and fun.
